Integration

There are several integration possibillities that can be selected by the travel agency.

GDS Queues

The travel agency places all bookings, containing travelers registred to receive flight status SMS, on one or more specific GDS queues. The queues are scanned by the MyTripStatus Scanner and the relevant data from the bookings is used to match with the collected airport statuses. When a match is found an SMS is sent out to the travelers mobile phones containing information reg. the status change.

Data push

The travel agency can select to push defined data from new confirmed bookings to the external flight status repository via a webservice. The repository is scanned by the MyTripStatus Scanner and the data is used to match with the collected airport statuses. When a match is found an SMS is sent out to the travelers mobile phones containing information reg. the status change.

Data pull

The travel agency can select to pull batches of flight statuses from a webservice. The statuses are then internally matched against GDS queues/bookigns or Mid Office data etc. An SMS is sent out out to the traveler when a match is found.
